Terms of service

These terms cover pre-orders from Humpy at humpythedog.org. By paying, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent place the order.

What you are buying

The Charging Dog is a novelty 1 meter USB charging cable with a plastic dog that moves while power is flowing. It charges and can transfer data. It is loud. Thick phone cases can make the plug a tight fit. You pick a color (orange or white) and a plug (USB-C, iPhone Lightning, or Micro-USB). The wrong plug will not fit your phone. This is a gag gift that also charges. It is not a medical device, and not a fast charge brick.

Pre-order and price

You pay $19.00 USD now through Stripe. We then buy your exact color and plug and ship in 2 to 4 weeks. The charge on your statement may show as HUMPY or DOGKEY.

Your job

Give a real shipping address and the plug that fits your phone. If the address is wrong, the parcel may not reach you. If you pick the wrong plug, we can switch it before we place the supplier order. After it ships, unused items can come back under the refund policy.

Our job

We take payment securely, confirm the order, buy the variant you chose, and send it tracked to the address Stripe collected. We email when it is paid, and again when there is tracking.

Limits

Humpy is not liable for lost data, phone damage from a bad case fit, or customs delays. The most we owe on any order is the amount you paid us for that order.

Changes

If we cannot fulfill a variant, we refund you. We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
