Shipping policy

Pre-orders ship in 2 to 4 weeks, tracked. We buy your exact color and plug after you pay, then send the parcel to the address you typed in Stripe.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries Stripe Checkout offers at pay, including the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. If your country is missing on the pay page, we cannot send there yet.

When it leaves

2 to 4 weeks is the window from payment to a tracking number, not overnight. Weekends, supplier stock, and customs can stretch that. We email when it is paid, and again when tracking exists.

How to track

Watch the email you used at checkout. When we have a number, we send it. If 2 to 4 weeks have passed and you have no mail, use the contact page.

Customs and duties

International parcels may owe local tax or duty. That is charged by your country, not by Humpy. We cannot mark every parcel as a gift to dodge that.

Wrong address

If the address in Stripe is incomplete and the carrier cannot deliver, extra shipping to resend is on you, unless we typed it wrong.
